I have modded saves for my games but I have no clue on how to get them to work on my 3DS, I'm kinda afraid that if I mess up I won't be able to use it.

Can someone give me some tech tips on this, I just want some instructions on how and what to do, That way I can play with some cool stuff!

You can't without homebrew. It's all stored locally on the 3DS itself.
