Scroll down to near the bottom of the ranks page. It corresponds to your posts. Each milestone of posts = a rank that the bar corresponds to. The bar will fill up the more you are closer to your milestone.

It's the bar towards your next post rank, once you hit 500 that'll change to Wise One and you'll have to fill up that bar again by posting.
