I personally had to go to a dermatologist and the cream they gave me helped my face.

Haven't had zits on my face since then. Obviously a couple here and there from stress n other things but not all over the place.

Was it frequently do u vape by any chance im pretty sure than can cause it

Not necessarily vape itself but if you get nicotine in your juice I could see it.
I personally vape and have been for about 5 years now, I don't get acne from it even from nicotine (i get .3 nic sometimes .6)
Studies do show nicotine can cause some form of acne but I would only assume from cigarettes because of all the chemicals
