So I'm up to the heaviest I've been in my life (192 lbs), about 18% body fat or so and I'm looking to get down to around 170 and 15% body fat or less, I go to the gym and all a few times a week and do consistent cardio and muscle building exercises but I need healthy alternatives for my diet... now...

1. I DO NOT eat any veggies or fruits or fish(I only eat meat, pastas, etc.)
2. I DO NOT have enough time in my day to sit and grill chicken everyday or make some sort of IG model-like concoction lol

What are some healthy foods/snacks that'll help me get my weight down?

Just eat fewer carbs and it should help a little, blueberries are great if you want to try those

Using your guidelines:

Have you tried dust?

How about photosynthesising like a plant?

Srsly dude just eat some damned fruit if you are bothered enough or you never mentioned it but if you drink soda try drinking water or juice instead

Reduce your carb intake, which is gonna be hard considering you eat no veggies or fruits.

Pastas are LOADED with carbs, fried foods as well loaded with carbs.
Most processed frozen food is loaded with carbs.

Cheese and nuts like cashews, pistachios (unsalted of course) would be good easy snacks.

String cheese super easy. Trailmix is good but find stuff without the M&Ms and Reeces.

Also remember anything loaded with protein is gonna usually include lots of fat.
So anything with peanut butter try and avoid, stuff like that.

If you drink a lot of soda, or consume a lot of sugar try to cut that out as much as possible.
Green tea with natural sweetners like honey are a much better alternative.

And, as awful as it sounds, adding at least FRUIT to your diet would be a massive benefit for you.
Grapes are good and almost everyone loves them.

Good luck! Hope you reach your goal.

Well milk sure wont help its full of fat, then you are eating way too many carbs, you just need to vary your diet a bit. Like once a week eat chicken salad rather than with rice or potatoes etc.

You need to start eating fruits and vegetables. Cut down on the bread and pastas because those are loaded in carbs.

Eat granola or protein bars and drink water throughout the day, it will help you feel more full.

Also try Greek Yogurt. My snack is usually grapes, almonds, or a clif bar. Since you dont eat fruit, I suggest finding a granola bar that you like that isn't loaded with calories and fat (aka chocolate chip stuff). I eat a Chocolate Brownie clif bar that is low in a lot of intakes, if you have a sweet tooth you can try those out.

Not saying starve yourself but lowering the amount you eat a day can help, Like sometimes Instead of having a meal I will have a protein shake or meal replacement supplement to be full instead of eating some greasy food or unhealthy food that'll make me gain lots of weight.
