So i recently purchased a new roxio and a new laptop. I have installed roxio and the software. I also have everything hooked up correctly, however, when i go to the capture page on roxio, i get a Green 'no signal' and a black screen and nothing on my TV. does anyone have any ideas that could help me get this thing online? thanks in advance!

Not sure if this will help. but for whatever reason, when i plug the roxio into my laptop, the lights light but but the computer doesn't recognize it. i can't find nothing for it in my device manger or anything.
