Over the few weeks, the air between the two battle royale giants has been quite thick due to the numerous claims of copyright infringement. This lead to the entire BR community to be split down the middle, one half in favor of PUBG, while the other backing up Fortnite with claims stating that Fortnite is a game of its own. This is on the homepage, for sure good news even though Epic really did nothing wrong. Glad to see this is over, it's funny how much control Epic has in the situation, not to mention it's funny how PUBG tries to deal with the situation.

If so then why did Blue Hole Studio(PUBG Developer) filed a lawsuit if they had to take it down or withdraw it?
