Ok before this post gets moved to the Correct section let me help you..

You don't put it in USRDIR you open the USRDIR folder and click English folder and put the files in there man

Make sure you are adding it into dev_hdd0/game/"blus code"/USRDIR

I made the mistake adding menu files to "GAMES" folder instead of "game"

If you are unsure the BLUS code of the game. Just quick search on google. Make sure to include your region.

EDIT* Also if there's an "EBOOT" file that goes into the "tmp" folder on the root of HDD
