Edit: Purchased an account off this user, I paid him he sent the info and vanished right after so now I am stuck with an account I cant access because it has a security challenge and the user is now no where to be found, very unprofessional will update accordingly.

Edit 3/4/18: User finally got back in contact with me and resolved the issue
