Something like that would be incredibly tedious to do, and based off of how close he is to the camera at which the picture was taken, quality would also be a factor in this; one would have to edit out the microphone, then reconstruct the remainder of his left hand; as well as construct his right hand. That's a lot of effort to put in for a mere school project, it would be more ideal to overlay said text in a particular fashion than delving into image manipulation. Perhaps you could edit your original post with information pertaining to what I've outlined above.
