It is Christmas time and that means that we will be hosting a Staff AMA again! We are going to be doing this a little differently and will be spreading this out throughout a 3-day span!
Dates:
December 21st (Starting at 4PM ET and ending at 4 PM ET on 12/22)

Rules:
1. Serious questions only. No "why does madz only shower once a week" or "why is Sean receiving weekly shipments of assless leather chaps". These questions will be deleted.
2. Questions need to be directed at one staff member. Don't ask 20 different questions to 5 different staff members, doing this will help keep the thread unclogged.
3. Have fun with this and think outside the box!
4. Only post questions for staff during that specific day.

Really directed to all staff: What brought you to TTG and what keeps you at TTG currently? What ups and downs did you experience as a member of TTG.

Probably modded lobbies from MW2 got me here. The things that keep me coming on TTG are the friends that I have made on this website. If it wasn't for the users I wouldn't still be here.
The ups were probably getting the promotions, the downs are probably when I go inactive for long periods of time.

Modded lobbies on MW2 brought me here just like most people and I think the friends I've got from here and on here is why I continue to come back and seeing the conversations in the SB.

General questions to any staff:
1. How busy does the incoming reports get?
i.e. Is it easy enough for a couple of staff to slam through them all or is it a big group effort to keep on top of it all?
2. How many reports would you say, on average, you handle in a given day?
3. If you had to pick one major issue with TTG, what would you improve upon and why?

Honestly I just came here to leech modded lobbies. But stayed for the community. As a member winning the wizard badge was cool and I can't really think of any bad times as a member other than a few warnings.

It depends on the day honestly. Some big weeks like E3 and during big releases like call of duty there are a lot of reports to go around. However on other days like some random day when releases are stale and not much is going on there are only a handful of reports.
I have no idea probably like 25-30.
Avatars. Would totally change the file size limit for premium members and make the avatars shape a rounded square.

I mean if you consider 5 reports and 3 of them being avatars and sigs a lot of reports, damn could only imagine if you would have lasted a few years back
