Can you login on your Profile while using the xbox Homepage ?

It never lets anyone download ny profile but my friend has it so im confused, the error message says there is sonethibg wrong with the account olease try again

This may be down to the Account detecting another location i could be wrong but the way to fix this i'm sure is whoever is downloading your account has to sign in on the Microsoft website and it should ask them for a code to verify it which will be sent to the email that is linked to the account (for security purposes) once you give them the code they should be able to get into your account then they should be able to download your account on the xbox.
