Can vouch for those XOFour Turtle Beaches i've had them since last year and use them for my PC never had any problems either. I also have the Recon 50X Turtle Beaches i use for my XB1 which i can also vouch for as i've never had any problems with them either.

Depending on how much you're willing to spend.. These two would be good purchases.

Not tried the ones reccommended but I use Astro A50s there pretty expensive tho paid £250 for them years ago surround sound headphones are amazing if you play cod but I also used to have turtle beaches before but they were stereo ones can't remember the make gave them to a irl friend cuz he didn't have a mic... only thing with astros is the plastic material isn't great found myself putting black tape on them cuz it broke on the side and I'm not sure how must of been a heavy night Lol. Overall all headsets are good in there own way wether u get stereo or surround sound depending on budget/personal preference surround sound headphones have a bigger advantage if your competitive but if you play casual I'd reccomend stereo headphones but on the other side if your not on a mic u can always get surround sound by connecting your tv/monitor to a surround sound system such as a hifi... anyway i hope this in some way helped u and others goodluck with your choice

depends on how much you want to spend. the headset i use is the hyper x cloud alpha, but if you dont want to spend $100 on it. then the hyperx cloud core or the cloud 2 are both great headsets
