i think im cursed.

so i tried to start my pc earlier, everything inside my case lit up but my monitor and keyboard didnt turn on.
so i turned it off and unplugged, waited a minute or so and tried to start it again.
but this time everything in the case would turn on and light up for a split second then shut off, then back on again, as if someone was flickering the light switch on and off multiple times.
so i unplugged and tried to start it again, same thing, power flickering on and off.

at this point i gave up and walked away, i came back but first unplugged the power strip from the wall and plugged it back in then unplugged and plugged back in the power cord from my psu that goes into the power strip.

this somehow worked and now my pc seems fine but i want to know why my pc did all that because im worried if i turn it back off it wont start again.
a few months ago my power went out and fcked my pc and ever since i got it fix i always unplug the battery cord from my psu after shutdown because im sacred of the power going out again and my pc getting messed up again.
could me constantly unplugging and plugging back in the cord to my psu have caused all this?
i havent recently installed or updated anything either, pc was just fine yesterday.

Download [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (I will walk you through the Hirens boot menu if you'd like?).

This tool listed above helps you diagnose hardware and sometimes software related issues, including the PSU.

Is your PSU kettelead loose when plugged in? Does it wiggle around a lot?

Theres a lot which could cause this. Eventviewer would be useless at this point as there would be a lot logs pointing you to all sorts of places.

Check your PMs as well mate. I'm at work at the moment however I can remote into your PC if you'd like? I know stranger danger however its up to you. It would be interesting to check if your PC has created any dump files.

Cheers
