Is there any way to make an account for the fifa18 web app?
I just used my own account and tried making a new account and made a fut on fifa 17 but then you cant acces the fifa18 webapp till you play fifa18 with the new account.
But I just want to open more packs on other accounts and send the coins over to my main account.

They have a cut off point I think in August. So unless you make a FUT 17 account before then you won't be able to access the web app.
