I havent been up to data with any news this year. Has trade offers been added back in?

Nope, I don't think they will ever add it back either since it would involve coin sellers and they've tried their hardest to stop coin sellers. It's a shame because it was such a good feature but it got abused by coin sellers. I hope they add something like it with untradeable players in the future, would be a neat feature and would allow people to get rid of untradeables they don't want.
