Rockstar Studios has plans to release Red Dead Redemption 2 early next year, but whats in the pipeline for the studio after that? The latest rumors may provide a clue.
According to Cade Onder of GameZone, an anonymous source at the studio verified some concept art that had been making the rounds, in the process potentially giving away Rockstars next few games.
The first piece, which the anonymous source claimed was real, shows a snowy road under construction with a red and white flag flying in the background. According to the source, this concept art is for one of Rockstars long-awaited and seemingly-abandoned projects: Agent.

Agent, purportedly a stealth action game set during the Cold War, was originally announced as a PlayStation 3 game way back in 2007. After 2009, however, the game dropped from the radar. There were no updates until 2011, when Take-Two confirmed that the game was still in development, and its been radio silence ever since.
It seems that Agent, however, if the project even exists, is still fairly far away. Its not next on Rockstars list, though it may still be in the works. Instead, that honor goes to Bully 2.
According to GameZone, the source also verified [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] The anonymous tipster at Rockstar claimed that the game is and has been in development, and is likely the next game after [Red Dead Redemption 2].
Other sources at the studio were reluctant to discuss upcoming projects, so this rumor should be taken with a huge grain of salt. The information is pretty sketchy, and theres no indication of how old the Agent concept art isit may well be left over from when the project was fully under way a decade ago.
Theres no way to know for sure until Rockstar confirms its upcoming list of games, and that likely wont happen while the studio is still focused on Red Dead Redemption 2. Still, be sure to stay tuned for further updates.

That would be insane if they do release, Red Dead Redemption 2!
