Xbox One X Scorpio Edition Pre-order is now available at Walmart! Not sure for how long but it's available.
They charged my card the full amount $535 but not sure if the funds being held will be released after 3 days like how Best Buy does it.

I bought mine from walmart and I was charged immediately.
