Account got banned for no real reason (some kid dropped me money unwillingly) and they reset my character, tried talking to support but they're brainless, so screw it.
Any way to get a modded PC account? Or would it get banned?
Can I link it to my steam?
Or Could I transfer my Xbox One Data to my PC game again?

if the account you was using got banned, i imagine using a modded one would get banned as well

The only people I know who can do legit pc accounts for cheap are on discord but you would need the social club version of gta or convert your steam to social club version.
