I bought my seconde Xbox 360 and its freeze at the boot what's happening..

I don't think is a jtag or Rgh I think is a normal 360

The Xbox is not jagged or Rgh the moddeboard is jasper

If you have an hdd installed try removing it then boot

Disconnect it from the internet, make sure no storage devices are connected (hard drive or usb), then try again. If that doesn't work its most likely overheating. Do you hear the fans speeding up after it freezes?

I have nothing connected to it except power cable and video cable the fan is always the same speed I check inside the Xbox and all look fine.. :/

Boot your RGH up but press the power button then the eject right after and change your plugins. That's what helped me out
