im game sharing with a friend we got battlefield 1 when it came out we go the edition with the season pass and everything was going fine but the other day it just stopped i can play the game but now i dont have the season pass what happend?

Make sure it is downloaded first off.

In addition to what Eyepatch said, what I had to do when this occurred between my friend and I (Both Halo Wars 2 and BF1), we had to redo the home option and call their respective companies to make claims of issues.
