My friend wanted to try anime out and he was asking me what he should watch I told him to watch My hero academia as his first anime.Whats the best anime for someone to watch as their first if you were to recommend someone to watch something?

the first anime i watched was souleater

i would recommend Tokyo Ghoul

and mirai nikki

It would really depend on what genre(s) the person is in to. As a starter I would recommend a one-cour series (12-13 episodes) or a movie as to provide a good experience that isn't long-winded. That being said I would probably recommend [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , it is a superb series with two one-cour seasons totaling 25 episodes and a sequel (Fate/Stay Night - Unlimited Bladeworks tv series, not the original movie).

I told him about full metal alchemist brotherhood but It has 64 eps so I told him to watch My Hero Academia because its 1 cour.and if he didnt like it he wouldnt have wasted much time watching it.
