Also no. Don't buy an "x" variant, either get an R3 1200 or an R5 1400 and OC to the 1300x or 1500x speeds. The R3 1300x is the exact same CPU as the 1200, just with slightly higher clock speeds out of the box. Same goes for the 1400 and 1500x, as well as the R5 1600 and 1600x. As for which one to get, that's up to you. You haven't told us what programs/applications you'll be using, if any. For the 3 games you listed, an R3 1200 would be fine.

Yes, Ryzen favours faster RAM. Best RAM set up for Ryzen is 2x8GB at 2933-3200MHz. 8GB is fine though, and it's easy enough to add RAM. If you go with 8GB, 2x4GB will be better, but not by a huge margin(AFAIK) so you're better off getting 1x8GB(unless 2x4GB is a good bit cheaper) as that gives you more room for future upgradability. "C15 or c16" is CAS latency, it's the timings of the RAM. It's not a huge issue, so you can ignore it, for the most part. Motherboard manufacturers will have a QVL for RAM with Ryzen.

The R3 1200 and R5 1400 come with the lower end stock AM4 cooler. It's sufficient for stock clocks, and maybe a little overclocking. If you really want to OC your CPU though, you will want to invest in an aftermarket cooler. I think the 1300x comes with the same stock cooler as the 1200 and 1400, and the R5 1500x might have the better stock AM4 cooler. I can't remember if the 1500x comes with a cooler or not though, because I know the 1600x, 1700x, and 1800x don't come with an included cooler.

More expensive alternative, slightly over the top end of your budget. You get a much nicer/better case, a larger/better SSD, a nicer/better motherboard, an aftermarket cooler, and 16GB RAM instead of 8GB. Or, you could even sacrifice something here, like the nicer case, or the extra RAM and swap the R3 1200 for an R5 1400.

The 6GB GTX 1060 is a much better option than a 3GB 1060 and $330CAD isn't too terrible. That said, the 1050Ti is still fine, and with the 6GB 1060, you sacrifice SSD, RAM, and motherboard, plus you get the cheaper Eclipse P400 with the normal side panel window, instead of tempered glass.

I never said the PSU you chose was bad, but we have no idea what you want it to be "enough for". The EVGA 450W B3 is well priced in Canada right now, and is fully modular so that's probably what I'd go for. 450W is plenty for the vast majority of modern single GPU systems(if not, all). That said, you can spend an extra $20-30 or so the 650W or 750W variant of the EVGA B3 if you wish.
