Keep on bulking man you are still fairly lean and have vascularity. Set a weight goal you wanna hit and try to gain 0.5 to 1lb a week.

why not both?

you can gain muscle while getting lean. its all about diet my man.

how do you think body builders do it? those guys get YUGE while getting lean.

80% diet, 20% exercise

you can do heavy weight workouts and get that massive pump and also have a strict diet.

it'll work. i promise

Keep bulking no doubt.

Rather look bigger and get lean for next year now.

It's impossible to gain muscle and lose fat. Either you're in a caloric surplus (you're eating more calories than your body needs) which will cause you to gain muscle and fat (bulking) or you're in a caloric defecit and your body is using fat, muscle and tissue to make up for the lack of calories (cutting). There's a logical reason to why bodybuilders have off-season and on season and why people bulk during the winter to gain muscle and cut during the summer for definition.

Bodybuilders can get huge and lean because they're taking 100x the amount of hormomes that the average man has which allows them to build muscle far faster and effectively. I don't see why OP would do heavy weight workouts either when he''s training for size, he should be doing reps of 8-12 and working on hypertrophy as opposed to gaining strength.

Not trying to be an asshole but posts like these really annoy me, just had no scientific backing or logic and it's totally based on your opinion.

OP it just depends on what you want, more definition or more muscle? Since it's coming near the end of summer, you're probably better off doing a slow bulk and then cutting down after IMO.
