Who's the best person to speak to about purchasing a JTAG / RGH? I'm looking to get back into the modding scene. Looking for a preloaded at a reasonable price. Thanks.

I'd say head to Streamah. He's cheap and a very trusted seller. He's for the us but ships to the U.K. As well. But of course, shipping will be very expensive
