I added a bad plugin so I tried bypassing the plugins with the disc tray method and it still stuck and I cant do a clean launch.ini on the root of my usb because my laptop is broken so is there any other way to do it?

Remove your HDD,
Put your USB in console & boot,
Go into dashlaunch & create a new launch.ini by setting xbdm.xex as a plugin, save & load to USB,
Turn console off,
Plug HDD back in,
Keep USB plugged in because USB always takes priority even if you have a hard drive in so it will load the launch off your USB.
Go into dashlaunch clear plugins,
Set them back up the way you like,
press RB & save & load on HDD.
Reboot & it shouldn't get stuck at boot screen
