Hello TTG

I am in need of some advice regarding the specs of my laptop, the laptop itself is a HP Envy probably about 2-3 years old. Unfortunately the screen is not working but I need to know the specs as I can't find the model number on the laptop. Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

I don't think the specs will do much considering the screen isn't working; which I'm assuming you mean is just broken or dead.

The laptop should have little "sticker" like decals on the top or bottom of the laptop. It will either have a model number or a serial code. Either are great clues in help to finding the exact laptop, because a 2-3 year old HP Envy is kind of vague.

Hi mate thanks for your response. I agree it is a tad vague but I've done some research and I think I've found the correct model. These are the specs and I was hoping you could tell me if I could run skyrim on ultra with them:

6th Gen Intel Core i7-6700HQ Quad Core Processor + Intel HD Graphics 530
Intel Core i7-7500U (2.7 GHz, up to 3.5 GHz, 4 MB cache, 2 cores) + NVIDIA GeForce 940MX (2GB DDR3 dedicated)

17.3-inch diagonal Full HD WLED-backlit IPS Display (1920x1080)
