So I have a PSN account that I made back in 2010, Has some stuff purchased on the account, Small things. What it does have, which I am wondering the value of is a Modded GTA 5 Character which was done quite a while back it has I believe $399 Million and a rank of 200. Not sure what it would be worth.

Pretty much nothing becuase you can just jump in random lobbies can reach over $500M and any rank you desire.
Sorry to say man but your account is outdated, the only way this account could be worth something is if it had these stats on next gen consoles?

Depends, if this is on PS3, worth about $10-$15. If it's on PS4, easily worth at least $100.
