If you've tried pretty much everything, you might want to make a doctor's appointment.

Constant headaches and migraines are not normal.

Doctors appointment, best option. I wouldn't ask the internet for medical advice, especially TTG

Get off of here and go to the doctors. The only thing viewing a screen for long periods of time will do is make them worse.

From experience, I can tell you that being on a computer, looking at a TV or a cellphone for various hours can give you massive headaches.

If you've been doing these things continously, I advice you to take a break for an hour or two. If the headaches continue, make a doctor's appointment.
