I read tarantulas and almost suffered a heart attack. I really hope they don't get loose.

No one believes me but I swear I have sleep paralysis and I find myself in between sleep and being awake but I cannot move. I hear and see some freaky stuff sometimes, but I almost died one time because I was laying on my stomach with my face in my pillow and I couldn't breathe. My house might be haunted or something, this is no joke and I'm terrified of it.

yeah i believe that there is something strange about sleep paralysis I was looking up videos about it and that night i went to bed and had a very vivid and horrific nightmare with a man in a slanted hat and then when i woke up i had to think about where i was for a minute it was all very weird.

I've never had to go through an episode of sleep paralysis (I hope) but I've read up on that and seen videos about sleep paralysis and wow. It's incredible how powerful the mind is.

Yeah the psychological mind is extremely powerful I was in psychosis before and the dream felt exactly like real life it was horrific after i came out of it i was questioning if i really did wake up or if i was in another dream after a couple of years i came to the conclusion that i was in reality but sometimes somethings make me question if im still in psychosis to this day but then that would me that you would be a figment of my mind so it gets confusing.

Losing the ones close to me.
