change your username
make sure your posts are actually good
reach out to people with similar posts follow them etc

but most of all don't care about social media followers it means nothing

I got 9k on instagram just by posting selfies and pictures of animals lmao
But on a real note its not super important how many followers you have. Its more about the quality of your followers

Don't use a system like that. Instead, build a set of actually engaging, interested, and active followers that care, and connect with your account. That is how you retain followers. It's the same as subs on youtube, without the actual people, that number is completely meaningless.
