I made a new Paypal account and added my bank card.
If I buy gold with no money in my Paypal but money in my Credit card am I able to still buy Gold and the money just come off my card and no Extra charges happen or what would I have to do to buy the Gold?

you can buy wit paypal even with no money in it, just make sure you boy a month, not a subscription since the subs is monthly renew

There shouldn't be any hidden fees. I know if you send money as friends and family with a card there is a small fee.

Gonna go out on limb and say, Paypal will do the exchanges and add the 25% then the money will be taken out of your Credit/Bank card if thats what you are asking.

Not sure 100% though.
