Hello guys, so ive been trying to get my rgh to work for nearly three hours now but whenever i put in my hdd it just freezes on the xbox logo, also xell isnt loading when i try loading it, it doesnt work when i put in a new launch.ini, doesnt work when i try launch by turning it on then ejecting. Any suggestions?!
Really need some suggestions because ive been waiting since monday for the console and i was really excited when it finally came today, however my seller ( who has been offering great support ) has said that he would send me a new hdd however it will have to come monday Quite annoyed, i know its not his fault, but ive been waiting all week and now its finally the weekend and i cant play... my luck lol. So please, if anyone could help me out i would be very greateful, thank you.

How well was the Xbox packaged? A similar thing happened with me a while ago. I had to open up the Xbox and re solder a wire as it had come loose. But seen as though you said it booted without a HDD and it worked I'm not 100% sure it could be that.

Have you got a retail Xbox? If so try format the hard drive on that and plug it back in

I doubt it. I know he's had the console on sale for a few weeks now and it was working. Makes me think that it's been internally damaged through delivery.

The console is fine the chip still glitches me and KTB are now thinking the HDD is currupt from delivery as i stupidly packed it loosely in bubble wrap and dit not tape it down...however i am sending him a new HDD free of charge

Update! Ive formatted the hdd on my retail now its working fine just need to instal everything again

Hard drive got corrupted. Must have been cold or two hot.
