Reset stats then set them

Well theirs hundreds of working recovery tools so naming a specific one that you'd like is difficult. But to get stats to save depending on the game you can go online and get a kill and back out or go in a private match and kill yourself and then end the game if on doesn't work try the other or simply do both or you can do as Allnut said reset stats then edit stats to your liking and save them again.

Sorry couldn't explain in detail as I was busy. Basically what Cookie said, load BO2 > reset stats > send desired stats/rank > go into a game get a kill.

To check that they've stuck, Dashboard and load BO2. If you can check your barracks without getting an error then they've saved.
