Well for starters. AM3(this alone should answer it all), PSU isn't that good case is of muttered quality, download free windows 10 same stuff as a dvd for free. over priced 1tb HDD, the SSD could be found much cheaper for different brands, the 750 evo is a bit outdated as well. The CPU cooler that you added is worse then the wraith that is included already.
no need for PCIe sound/wifi can get a external mixer if you really want a better audio mix and control no need for most though. just grab a dongle wifi chip.
If you want help just answer the basics.
Budget (currency as well).
Aesthetics? (panels, colors, LEDs)
What monitor do you have? (if not just say you need one)
Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or any speakers/headphones?
Will you be overclocking?
What is the main use? (gaming/productivity)
If gaming what games will you be playing?
If productivity what applications, CADs, Editing software ETC; will you be using?
