Well if you have money get a 6700k skylake.

Or Intel Core i7-4790K.

Get a Nvidia GTX 1060

EDIT: My bad that cpu isn't compatible.

I would try and get a 1060 or any of the 10 series depending on what kind of cash you got to drop on one.

Nooo. 3GB 1060 is trash.

GroceryBag wrote god damn didnt know a 8350 was so shit

5/6 year old architecture, it's pretty dated at this point.

GroceryBag wrote possibly ram (32gb)

Uh, why?

What specific PSU have you got? Make and model.
What case have you got?
What is your budget and currency for upgrades?
What are you looking to achieve with this upgrade?

Wouldn't it be better to get 16gb ddr4 rather then getting 16 more ddr3

No. That wouldn't be compatible. He's on AM3+, which doesn't even support PCIe 3.0, never mind DDR4 RAM. It wouldn't make sense for him to get another 16GB RAM at all IMO, unless he has a very specific use case that is RAM hungry.

i dunno, like $400?
Better gaming, more RAM just for general use. I average around 90% memory use at all times.
