How do people get followers on Xbox etc

The way it works on Xbox is when someone adds you for example, you'll be on their friends list but for you it will say 'Follower'.

I'm guessing you mean when you find someone with several hundred or several thousand followers?

it's people who have added you as a friend.

On 360 you'll get a friend request, on Xbox one you'll get them as a follower

They're either known in the Xbox community, beg for adds, just friendly or have done something to gain followers

I used to get quite a few from playing GB matches since its easier for people to join lobbies that way. Followers on xbox means nothing and is nothing you should threat about.

i know some people who just message others asking them for a " Add4Add " or you can just pretend to be a female seeming every little kid just adds them
