Is it say there is a error when YU try to search your tracking info for a package

Once the order is processed by the dealer, they will provide a tracking number. Most of the time it's a direct link to UPS meaning you click on the tracking number and it will bring you to the website.
Packages are scanned on arrival and departure from facilities so just give it time, UPS and Fedex are very good with updating their tracking.
