= 643 Euros

Thats a pretty standard build, but will run a lot of games on high.

Ill leave the shell to you bud, as its all on personal preference and design. What I linked was just a rough benchmark if you will on the type of specs you should be aiming for.

That's GBP, not Euro. So, wrong currency. You left out kb+mouse. You've also not included a motherboard, a CPU cooler, or a case. That PSU is low quality, and over-priced. You could get a much better quality PSU for around the same price, or even less. GPU is over-priced, you could get an 8GB RX 480 for less, which would be a significantly better option.

OP- Where are you located? Euro covers a lot of countries, are you buying from Germany, or Ireland, or France, or somewhere else?
Will you overclock?
What will the system be used for exactly? What games/programs will you use?
Any preferred aesthetic(colour scheme, window, etc)?

You are right, it is in GPB, which is why are took the liberty of converting his Euro budget into GPB and then working off that.

Why? That doesn't help anyone. For all you know, OP could be located in Germany, in which case, parts from the UK would be useless. You've also still missed out a bunch of vital components, and a kb+mouse like OP asked for.

Not to mention the DDR3 RAM with a DDR4/DDR3L CPU.

If that's too expensive, get a Pentium G4560 instead of the i5, and then you can use some of the money saved to get a nicer/better case and/or larger SSD. If you can spend a little extra for the i5-7500 over the 7400, I'd suggest doing that. Otherwise, you could maybe wait a week or so for Ryzen 5.

It'd be useful if we actually knew what the system was being used for though.

I didn't even notice that lmao, good catch.
