nothing, bitcoin is my preferred currency and i'd rather be paid directly in that currency instead of having to transfer from GBP to Bitcoin after being paid

At the very least, you would need to be doing fairly well to even be paid in 1 bitcoin. The current rate, if google is right, is about $1,100 USD.

I would maybe try talking to some networks and seeing if they could do something for you, I doubt they would though unless you've got a big channel.
