So hello guys it wasn't long ago that i posted about upgrades.. literally 3 days ago actually.
Anyway so i'm looking to upgrade with another £150 (Sold my laptop)
So here are my current specs:
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-F2A58M-HD2 Potential Upgrade to ASUS M5A78L-M
CPU: AMD A6-6400K Potential Upgrade to AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core
PSU: Corsair 450w CX450
GPU: RX 470 8GB
RAM; 8GB DDR3 RAM 798Mhz 2 Weeks time upgrade to HyperX FURY Series 8GB DDR3 1866MHz
HDD: 500GB WD 2 Weeks time addition Kingston 120GB SSD
Should i be okay to run the first two upgrades and then the RAM and SSDS in two weeks time? +Rep for any advice here

Are you cramming all the upgrades stated above in £150?

Just take mine or 13's advice, either go with the 860k like i said in PM since it fits your current socket, and no need for another stick of ram unless you're allocating the max to games..
You can either go with the pentium or spend a extra 50-80 pounds on a i3 which will suite you better. AMD's FX series performs sub par and par on certain aspects alongside the end Phenom, and Athlon chips with a slight overclock.

That's some nice upgrades you've suggested my only concern is I'd like to record, edit and render videos so I'm a little worried because the current dual core i have does a bad job of it.

Unless you are wanting to pay the $300 + for when or after R5/R3 drops for RAM a new motherboard, and then CPU then your best bet is to just save up a $200-300 and take the i5/i7 route, you can edit fine. Anything will be slow

Either of those along with your GPU is fine, just order one and squeeze a simple sandisk SSD in since they are cheaper and reliable.
