My friend is building my Jasper RGH and he is having some problems with the jrunner for it. If anyone could please help him out that would be greatly appreciated.

Should specify what issue you are having..
First make sure security checks are DISABLED.
Second, make sure you have the jrpv2 driver or the nand x drivers installed.
Thirdly triple check your soldering if your getting a 0x00000000 error.
