Basically you invest in what they're needing to grow their channels etc, and the revenue they get per video etc; You get $$ back. (better off setting up percentage plans)
*EDIT*or you can pay them back with interest; say i give $50, interest rate of 30% = 65$ back

What Reversing said is false, that is how royalties work. How investments in companies, products, etc. work is you get a part of the company. Basically you have to evaluate what the company is worth and sell it to investors accordingly. If you value the company at $1k, you would ask for $100 in exchange for 10% of your company. Once you do that, they have a 10% say in anything that goes on in the company.
On top of that you could do a royalty deal (or try just for royalties to start with) which would say for example if I gave you $1k, you would give me 10% of what the videos make.
I.E. Investments are for a percentage of the company, and royalties are for a percentage of the pay.

002 explained it perfectly.
Something little to add onto it is that when investing into a company you can get X% of the company and also have a royalty.
ex: You get 10% of the company for investing $100 and you also get a royalty of 5% of the revenue the video makes on Youtube.
If you watch a couple episodes of Dragons den/Shark Tank you can see how investments work. Try and watch Kevin O'leary since he is a fan of royalty deals since that way he will get money back from the company.
It sounds like in your situation you're looking for investors that want to do a royalty deal since you don't really have a company, but you will be making money from videos that you post on Youtube.
