Well, I started on a diet and need some help when it comes to this stuff lol. I hardly eat now, I either starve myself or eat once a day. Depends on the mood I'm in haha but regardless. I wanna start drinking shakes but not sure what kind to eat and all that none stuff.

First off, if your goal is weight loss, you're not doing yourself any favors by starving yourself.

Instead, you should be eating small portions several times a day and exercising. Chicken and brown rice is a clean meal that you can cook in bulk. You can use shakes as a small supplement between meals, but you still need to eat real, well portioned and healthy food, and exercise!

To answer your actual question, you'll want a whey protein that's low in calories, carbs, and fat.
This is is a good, clean powder. You'll want to use water or skim milk.

There's more to it, obviously, so let me know if you want more information.

Your doing yourself no good by starving yourself. Your metabolism actually slows when you do that.

Now on to the protein shakes. The type of shake you should drink depends on your goal. In your case i would recommend nutritional meal replacement shakes instead of your traditional protien shakes. I take protein shakes but im trying to gain body mass and muscle instead of lose it like you

Also excercise is a huge part of loosing weight. You need that excercise becuase eating healthy can only do so much. I would recommend starting out with some light cardio. Be careful to not let your heart rate rise to high when working out or you will be using your muscle reserves instead of your body fat

Heres a pic of what i was talking about with the protien shakes. The one of the left is for supplementing your diet, has low calories and zero fat. The one one the right is for gaining muscle and is loaded with carbs and calories. Make sure to avoid ones like the one of the right if your trying to lose weight

Also i big tip for shredding that extra weight is to add some seeds into your diet. I would recommend chia, flax and hemp seeds. You can eat them straight out the bag or add them to everyday foods like macaroni or yogurt

As you can see these have 14grams of good fats and only 1gram of saturated fat. Also high in protein
