When I try to find an online match a notification pops up saying "because of your past behaviour you are not able to play multiplayer games online" I haven't got an email about it so what does this mean and how can I find out more information?

I'd just get in contact with Xbox Support if you're unsure and believe that you shouldn't be restricted. Could be a number of reasons but I imagine it's something to do with other players reporting you etc.? I don't play my XB1 anymore not much help :/

What it means?:
You probably have been quitting games early or cursing out other players giving your account a low reputation and giving you some time to stop. It can also be other people reporting you for anything bad you've done. Just take this as a temporary suspension on Xbox but still having privileges to other things.

What to do?:
You really can't do anything beside waiting out the time until Microsoft decides to let you play again. You can possibly try contacting them to have a chance again but can be very slime if your past behavior is crummy.

For additional information regarding account suspensions ect you go to Xbox.com and post in the forums
