I'd rather walk if I'm able to or of dcourse get the Taxi, would never drink and drive that's just stupid.

I cannot stand it myself. I've driven off of one pint before a couple times but I wouldn't do it again, I completely disagree with it and it's not worth it.

It's always good to know your limits.

I have been very close to drinking and driving multiple times because I had to get home or where I needed to be. This wasn't in the states, it was in Russia and the placed I was at, getting stranded in -5 or lower temperature while drinking isn't a good idea. There were times I don't even know how I got home but I didn't drive there, I was probably bumming rides off people but if they ever left information or I knew who it was I would pay them for the inconvenience. Now if I go drinking in the states, I try to bring a wing man or try to schedule a taxi/Uber to pick me up at a set time. When I was first started driving, and I was on multiple sleeping medications, I would sometimes drive while in that state and that was a reckless idea, but at that time I really didn't care what happened to me (and being selfish here) I didn't care what happened to others. Now years later, I'm engaged and I know I have someone depending on me to take care of myself and her.

A close friend to me lost her father when she was young to a drunk driver. He swerved and hit him head on and they both died on impact. If you can hear that and still consider driving while drunk then you're one heartless bastard. She was 6 or 7 years old at the time. She grew up without a father because of some idiot's poor choice. It is never acceptable.

I'd hate to come across a drunk driver, I'd just throw them under a bus, literally.
