When i go to Initialise ps4 and install the system update it does not read my usb and gives me a error code: ce-30784-2 I am 100% all files are placed correctly, have been trying this for hours now and no luck. Also is there anywhere i can live chat with playstation support to see if they could help

are you upgrading your hard drive on the PS4?
