If I buy the game second hand will I get call of duty one?

If you're referring to buying IW, and gaining MWR as well. I believe it depends if the person you're buying it from has played the MWR themselves, as I think its a redeemable code.

So, if they have already redeemed it, you will not be able to play MWR.
