So I'm gonna buy a 20kd 19.5 inch monitor but I wanna plug my 360,Xbox one into one monitor but I saw the specs it said 1 vga and 1 dvi d can I plug both in same monitor

i do i just switch my hdmi cord back and fourth from console to console

360 nor One supports VGA or DVI, you would have to get an adapter.

you could use the same monitor for both if you bought an HDMI splitter

You could plug one hdmi from your 360 to the xbox one then plug your xbox one into the monitor and when you want to play 360 just go to the One Guide app on your xbox one

Yes you would be able to, just need to get a VGA to HDMI and DVI to HDMI
