How can I get rid of lag on infinite warfare I've got really good internet but I seem to be lagging really bad on this game (Xbox one)

If you are referring to the annoying frame rate drop it is not your connection. It is the frame rate actually dropping. They will probably be bringing out an update soon to optimize this issue.
