So I was browsing on ebay looking to buy Forza Horizon 3 and I come across this listing [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and I did a little digging on how these guys get games on these accounts and the most frequent answers were credit card stealing or bought in a foreign Xbox market. Next, I contacted the seller and I bought the game (which works perfectly) and he tried to sell me his other games for even cheaper I'll post the skype chat here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] so how do they do this and is it legal?

they just purchase from the market, and sell there account to get more money to do the same thing. Not sure if its illegal but i came across this yesterday looking for skyrim remastered. Seemed sketchy so i just kept looking around.
